Richfield Village is a privately owned retirement community, comprising of 164 units and 64 luxury lakeside apartments.

Our vision is to create the ideal resort-style environment for our residents. From our convenient at-home comforts, through to our expansive range of recreational activities, we have curated each element of the village to support the needs of our community. 

Richfield Village was built with purpose to achieve the highest standards in design, construction and operations, and the Richfield management team continues to be deeply involved in how the village is grown and maintained over time.

The Victorian division of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA Victoria) is a non-profit, peak body that awards the prestigious National Design Award, for Excellence.
